    Retreat Home Tree

This holiday season, Harrison Square is partnering with Retreat Home, a local non-profit that provides temporary housing and essential support to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.

To support them, we’ve set up a Giving Tree in the lobby. Each ornament on the tree doubles as a gift tag, representing a specific need for a Retreat Home family. Items range from gas and grocery gift cards to household essentials like laundry baskets, toilet paper, and queen-sized sheets, There are also optional pledge cards for those who’d like to support Retreat Home’s mission year-round.

    How it works:

Take a tag from the tree.

    Purchase the item listed.

Return the unwrapped gift to the collection area by December 17th.

It’s a simple, meaningful way to bless families who are rebuilding their lives — and every gift makes a difference.

Thank you for joining us in spreading hope, generosity, and holiday cheer throughout our community!

    Shalom Village Volunteer Opportunities

We need volunteers to help with site lockup at the end of each working day as part of a small team of people coordinating a schedule. Between December 19th and January 5th, we need shovel-ready volunteers to backfill trenches at Shalom Village. The project should move quickly and be accomplishable in a half day or less depending on the number of volunteers. We also need volunteers to help with litter and garbage pickup on site.
