This summer, we as Harrison Square, are in a season of renewal while Mark is on his own time of sabbatical. On Sept 7th, Mark will be telling us about his time of rest and renewal. We would like to have each of you reflect on your renewal experience this summer  and send us something we can share!

During the month of August, we would like you to send us photos, quotes, artwork/doodles you have made, video clips, words etc... that depict your Summer of Renewal. It could be a word that keeps coming up this summer, or a photo from an activity of renewal, or a video clip of you talking about your experience. At the end of August, Trista and Rochelle will put all the responses together in a video that we will share at the beginning of the reunion service September 7th. Thank you all for being part  of this collective story!

You can email the church: church@harrisonsquarepc.com. You can also bring things into the office or have someone video you on their phone talking about your experience. Please reach out if you have something to share but need help with getting it to us!

For the past 2 years, Harrison Square has participated in a county wide back to school event hosted by the Lewis County Mentorship Program. It is a large event that thousands of Lewis County students attend to learn about community resources, and get supplies they need for schools. This year, we are hoping to collect lots of boxes of tissue to give out to the students who attend. If you would like to donate tissue boxes, please drop them off in the office!

If you would like to pass out tissue boxes at the event, let me know! I would love your help. The event is from 9am to 3pm August 21st.

On September 7th after worship service, we will be holding a BBQ to celebrate Mark’s return from Sabbatical! Please plan to stay after church service that day and celebrate with fellowship and good food. The main dish will be provided, but please bring either a dessert or salad:
